The Helios KLF 100/50 F7 is a high-efficiency filter box constructed from galvanized sheet steel and equipped with flanges on both ends for easy integration into duct systems. It includes a hinged lid secured by quick-release fasteners, allowing for straightforward removal and replacement of the filter. Inside is a large-format pocket filter mounted on a support frame, optimized for high dust retention. The filter is made from reusable synthetic fiber, rated at class G4 with a strong consolidation of 190 g/m². Compliant with DIN 53438 F1, the material is self-extinguishing. It offers a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m². The unit supports installation in any orientation.
