The Helios HSD 250/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for reliable ventilation performance. It features a robust cylindrical duct casing constructed from galvanised sheet steel, reinforced with two swaged stiffening rings for durability. The protective grille is made from impact-resistant polymers, ensuring long-lasting use.
The fan is equipped with a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimized profiled blade impeller made from polymers, designed to operate effectively across temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C. It is dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and noise.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal contacts. The motor is maintenance-free and speed-controllable via voltage reduction. Low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings further enhance the fan’s quiet operation and reliability.
