The Helios HRFW 450/6 is a high-performance axial fan designed with a cylindrical duct made from galvanized sheet steel, featuring flanges on both ends in accordance with DIN 24155. This duct encloses a highly efficient, profiled impeller with 7 blades crafted from impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060, ensuring smooth, quiet operation and suitability for temperatures from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
The fan is driven by a totally enclosed AC condenser motor with built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. Motor speed can be controlled through voltage reduction, providing flexible operation. The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. This model also supports reversible airflow, making it ideal for various ventilation applications.
