The Helios HRFW 400/6 is a high-performance axial fan designed with a cylindrical duct made from galvanized sheet steel, equipped with flanges on both ends that comply with DIN 24155 standards. The duct houses a highly efficient, aerodynamically profiled impeller featuring 7 blades made of impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. This fan is suitable for use in ambient temperatures between ‑30°C and +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed AC condenser motor, which includes built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. The motor speed is adjustable via voltage reduction, providing flexible control. It is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring quiet and dependable performance. The fan is also reversible, offering versatile airflow options.
