The Helios HRFW 315/4 Ex is a high-performance, explosion-proof axial fan designed for use in hazardous environments, compliant with ATEX regulations. It features a cylindrical duct made from galvanized sheet steel, equipped with flanges on both ends for straightforward installation. The flange dimensions and fixing holes conform to DIN 24155 standards. A terminal box is externally mounted on the casing for easy wiring access.
The fan includes a highly efficient impeller with 7 blades, crafted from impact-resistant, anti-static polymers. This impeller is dynamically balanced according to DIN ISO 1940 and VDI 2060 class 6.3, ensuring smooth operation. The fan is rated for temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +40°C, with an electrical resistance below 1 Ohm to prevent static build-up.
Powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free single-phase condenser motor, the unit is fitted with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. The explosion-proof construction ensures safe operation in classified areas requiring ATEX compliance.
