The Helios HRFD 630÷8÷4 is a high-performance axial fan featuring a cylindrical duct constructed from galvanised sheet steel with flanges on both ends, designed according to DIN 24155 standards. The terminal box is conveniently positioned on the outer casing for easy access.
Equipped with a highly efficient axial impeller consisting of five blades made from impact-resistant polymers, this impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is suitable for operating temperatures from ‑30°C to +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor featuring a 2‑speed design via pole switching with Dahlander windings. This motor includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for extended durability and quiet performance.
