The Helios HRFD 630/6 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed with a cylindrical duct constructed from galvanised sheet steel. The duct encloses the impeller and is equipped with flanges on both ends, compliant with DIN 24155 dimensions and flange fixing holes. A terminal box is conveniently positioned on the outer casing.
This fan includes a 7‑blade impeller made from impact-resistant polymer, with a robust hub crafted from galvanised steel. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 as per VDI 2060 standards, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan offers maintenance-free reliability. The motor features built-in thermal contacts for protection and supports speed control via voltage reduction. It is equipped with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, contributing to quiet and efficient performance.
