Helios Fans HRFD 630÷4÷4

The Helios HRFD 630÷4÷4 is a high-efficiency low pressure axial fan designed with a robust cylindrical duct made from galvanised sheet steel, featuring flanges on both ends according to DIN 24155 standards. The terminal box is mounted on the outer casing for convenient access.

This fan is fitted with an aerodynamically optimized profiled blade impeller constructed from durable polymers, ensuring efficient airflow and quiet operation. The impeller is dynamically balanced to deliver smooth performance and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C up to +60 °C.

Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan offers maintenance-free operation with built-in thermal contacts for protection. The motor supports speed control via voltage reduction and includes low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, enhancing reliability and lifespan. The motor power ratings are 0.9 kW and 1.57 kW, providing versatility for various industrial applications.
