The Helios HRFD 630÷12÷6 is a high-performance axial fan designed for industrial ventilation applications. It features a robust cylindrical duct constructed from galvanised sheet steel, complete with flanges on both ends, adhering to DIN 24155 standards for dimensions and flange fixing holes. The terminal box is conveniently mounted on the outer casing for easy access.
This model utilizes a highly efficient impeller with 7 blades made from impact-resistant polymers, while the hub is manufactured from galvanised steel for enhanced durability. The impeller is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, offering two-speed operation through pole switching using Dahlander windings. It is equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for reliable and quiet performance in demanding environments.
