The Helios HRFD 560÷8÷4 is a robust high-pressure inline mixed-flow axial fan designed for demanding ventilation applications. It features a cylindrical pre-galvanised sheet steel casing with rolled flanges on both ends, complying with DIN 24155 standards for flange dimensions and fixing holes. Integrated guide vanes enhance airflow efficiency and overall fan performance.
This model is equipped with an 8‑blade mixed-flow impeller made of galvanized steel, with spatially curved blades optimized for aerodynamic performance. The impeller is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940, ensuring vibration-free and smooth operation.
Powered by a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan offers two-speed operation through pole switching with Dahlander windings. The motor includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and reliable service in industrial environments.
