Helios Fans HRFD 560/6

The Helios HRFD 560/6 is a robust, high-efficiency axial fan designed for low-pressure ventilation applications. It features a directly driven impeller enclosed within a cylindrical duct made from galvanised sheet steel, complete with flanges on both ends to meet DIN 24155 standards for easy and secure installation. The outer casing includes a terminal box for convenient electrical connections.

Its aerodynamic impeller is constructed from durable polymer blades, profiled and dynamically balanced to ensure optimal airflow and smooth operation. This fan is suited for a wide temperature range from ‑30 °C up to +60 °C, making it versatile for many industrial environments.

Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal protection, the HRFD 560/6 offers maintenance-free operation. The motor speed can be controlled by voltage reduction, and the unit uses sealed-for-life ball bearings to ensure quiet and reliable performance over the long term.
