Helios Fans HRFD 560/4

The Helios HRFD 560/4 is a high-performance cased axial fan engineered for direct integration into low-pressure ventilation systems. Its cylindrical housing is constructed from durable galvanised sheet steel and includes flanges on both ends, built to DIN 24155 specifications for easy duct mounting. The external terminal box ensures safe and accessible wiring.

This model features an aerodynamically optimised impeller with precision-profiled blades made from impact-resistant polymer. The 560mm diameter fan is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation and reliable airflow across a wide temperature range of ‑30 °C to +60 °C.

Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal protection, the fan supports speed control via voltage reduction. The motor is maintenance-free, featuring sealed-for-life, low-noise ball bearings for dependable, quiet performance in continuous-duty environments.
