The Helios HRFD 500÷8÷4 is a robust, high-efficiency axial fan designed for direct installation into ducted systems where variable airflow is required. It features a cylindrical steel housing with integrated flanges on both ends, built to DIN 24155 standards for seamless duct integration.
Its impeller is equipped with 7 blades made from high-performance thermoplastic, engineered for maximum airflow with minimal noise. Precision dynamic balancing to ISO 1940 and VDI 2060 class G 6.3 ensures stable and vibration-free operation.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with Dahlander winding, the HRFD 500÷8÷4 offers two-speed operation for flexible ventilation control.
