Helios Fans HRFD 500/4

The Helios HRFD 500/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for low-pressure ventilation in ducted systems. Featuring a cylindrical housing made of galvanized sheet steel, it includes standardized flanges on both ends in accordance with DIN 24155, allowing easy installation into existing ductwork. The external terminal box ensures convenient electrical access.

At the heart of the unit is a precisely engineered, aerodynamically optimized impeller constructed from durable polymers. The blade assembly is dynamically balanced to ensure stable, vibration-free operation and quiet performance. This fan is suitable for a wide range of environments with operating temperatures from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.

The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, which is equipped with built-in thermal contacts for enhanced safety. The motor is speed controllable via voltage reduction and is maintenance-free thanks to its sealed-for-life ball bearings. The HRFD 500/4 offers reliable, energy-efficient airflow for industrial and commercial ventilation needs.
