The Helios HRFD 450÷8÷4 is a high-performance axial fan designed with a cylindrical duct made from galvanized sheet steel. The duct fully encloses the impeller and is equipped with flanges on both ends, conforming to DIN 24155 standards for flange dimensions and fixing holes. An external terminal box is mounted on the casing for convenient electrical connections.
The impeller consists of seven thermoplastic blades, aerodynamically optimized to deliver high efficiency and low operating noise. Dynamic balancing to Class G 6.3 in accordance with VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940 ensures vibration-free operation.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with Dahlander winding for two-speed (pole switching) operation, the motor is maintenance-free and features sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-life lubrication, making it ideal for reliable and quiet ventilation applications.
