The Helios HRFD 450/6 is a high-efficiency axial fan featuring a robust cylindrical duct constructed from galvanised sheet steel. The duct houses the impeller and includes flanges on both ends, designed according to DIN 24155 with appropriate flange fixing holes. An external terminal box is provided on the casing for easy electrical connections.
The impeller consists of aerodynamically optimized, profiled polymer blades, dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, reliable performance. The fan is suitable for operation within a temperature range of ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
This model is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal contacts. The motor is maintenance-free and speed controllable via voltage reduction, equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings to provide quiet and durable operation in various ventilation applications.
