The Helios HRFD 450÷4÷4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for reliable ventilation with a sturdy cylindrical duct made of galvanised sheet steel. The duct covers the aerodynamically optimized impeller and is equipped with two flanges on both ends, following DIN 24155 standards for dimensions and flange fixing holes. The fan also includes a terminal box mounted externally on the casing for convenient electrical connections.
The fan’s impeller is crafted from durable polymer blades, profiled and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation. It performs effectively across a wide temperature range from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor equipped with 2‑speed functionality via star/delta switching. This motor is maintenance-free and features low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, providing quiet, reliable operation ideal for demanding ventilation applications.
