The Helios HRFD 450/4 is a high-performance axial fan engineered for efficient low-pressure ventilation. It features a sturdy cylindrical duct made from galvanised sheet steel, equipped with flanges on both ends to ensure secure and standard-compliant installation per DIN 24155, including flange fixing holes. The terminal box is conveniently located on the outer casing for accessible electrical connections.
This model utilizes a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimized blade impeller crafted from robust polymers and dynamically balanced to provide quiet and smooth airflow. The fan is suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C, making it versatile for different industrial environments.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with integrated thermal contacts for protection. The motor is maintenance-free, featuring sealed-for-life low-noise ball bearings, and allows speed control via voltage reduction for adaptable performance to match ventilation needs.
