The Helios HRFD 450÷2÷2 is a high-performance axial fan designed for low-pressure ventilation applications. It features a robust cylindrical duct made from galvanised sheet steel, fitted with flanges on both ends for secure mounting. The duct complies with DIN 24155 standards, including appropriate flange fixing holes, and incorporates a terminal box mounted on the outer casing for easy electrical connection.
This fan is equipped with a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimized blade impeller constructed from durable polymers and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, quiet operation. It is suitable for operating environments ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, featuring built-in thermal contacts for safety. The motor supports speed control via voltage reduction and includes maintenance-free, sealed-for-life ball bearings to provide long-lasting, reliable, and quiet operation, ideal for demanding industrial ventilation needs.
