The Helios HRFD 400÷8÷4 is a high-efficiency axial fan featuring a directly driven motor housed within a galvanised cylindrical steel duct with flanges on both ends, designed in compliance with DIN 24155 standards. The duct includes flange fixing holes and a terminal box mounted on the outer casing for easy installation and maintenance.
This model is equipped with a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimized impeller constructed from durable polymers, profiled and dynamically balanced for quiet and reliable operation. It is suitable for use within temperature ranges of ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with 2‑speed operation, achieved via pole switching using Dahlander windings. The motor incorporates sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring low noise levels and maintenance-free performance, making this fan ideal for robust industrial ventilation applications.
