Helios Fans HRFD 400/4

The Helios HRFD 400/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for direct installation in duct systems where reliable airflow and durable performance are required. Featuring a direct drive design and 3‑phase motor, this fan ensures optimal ventilation across various industrial and commercial environments.

Its cylindrical casing is constructed from galvanised sheet steel and is fitted with flanges on both ends to suit standard ductwork, conforming to DIN 24155 for dimensions and mounting hole patterns. The terminal box is conveniently mounted on the outer casing for accessible wiring and installation.

At the core of the HRFD 400/4 is a dynamically balanced impeller with aerodynamically profiled blades made from impact-resistant polymers. Engineered for efficiency and durability, the fan delivers consistent airflow across a wide temperature range from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.

The unit is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor equipped with thermal contacts for overload protection. The motor is maintenance-free, features sealed-for-life ball bearings for silent operation, and supports speed control via voltage reduction, offering versatile airflow management.
