Helios Fans HRFD 400÷2÷2

The Helios HRFD 400÷2÷2 is a high-performance cased axial fan engineered for demanding ventilation systems where dual-speed operation and robust construction are essential. This fan features a direct drive configuration and a star/​delta switchable 3‑phase motor for efficient two-speed control.

Constructed with a cylindrical housing made from durable galvanised sheet steel, the unit is equipped with flanges on both ends to suit standard ductwork. All dimensions and flange hole placements comply with DIN 24155 standards, and the terminal box is conveniently located on the outer casing for easy access.

The axial impeller, with aerodynamically profiled blades, is made from high-strength impact-resistant polymers. It is dynamically balanced for smooth operation and designed to deliver optimal airflow performance across a wide temperature range of ‑30 °C to +60 °C.

The motor is a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage type, providing reliable, low-noise performance. Thanks to its sealed-for-life ball bearings, the fan operates with minimal maintenance. The 2‑speed star/​delta switching function offers flexibility in airflow control, making the HRFD 400÷2÷2 an excellent solution for industrial and commercial ventilation needs.
