The Helios HRFD 355/4 is a high-performance axial fan designed for direct installation into ductwork, offering reliable and efficient airflow for a range of industrial and commercial ventilation systems.
Its cylindrical housing is crafted from durable galvanised sheet steel and features flanges on both ends, with dimensions and mounting holes compliant with DIN 24155 standards. A conveniently positioned external terminal box simplifies electrical installation and maintenance.
The fan is equipped with an aerodynamically optimised, profiled blade impeller made from impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure vibration-free operation, delivering consistent airflow performance in environments ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Driving the fan is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor featuring built-in thermal protection. The motor is speed controllable via voltage reduction, allowing precise airflow adjustments. Its sealed-for-life ball bearings ensure quiet and maintenance-free operation, making the HRFD 355/4 a reliable choice for continuous-duty applications.
