The Helios HRFD 315/4 is a high-performance axial fan designed with a galvanised sheet steel cylindrical duct featuring flanges on both ends for secure mounting, compliant with DIN 24155 standards. The fan includes a terminal box mounted on the outer casing for convenient electrical connections.
It employs a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimised impeller made from durable polymer materials. The impeller blades are profiled and dynamically balanced to provide smooth operation across a temperature range of ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with integrated thermal protection. Maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, the motor supports speed control via voltage reduction for versatile operation tailored to specific ventilation needs.
