The Helios HQW 630/6 is a high-performance square plate axial fan featuring a direct drive motor rated at 0.44 kW. The fan includes a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct made from galvanised sheet steel, finished with two coats of protective paint for enhanced durability.
Its seven-blade profiled impeller is manufactured from impact-resistant polymers and dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards. The fan operates efficiently within a temperature range of ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powered by a totally enclosed AC condenser motor with integrated thermal contacts, the fan’s speed can be adjusted via voltage reduction. It is equipped with sealed-for-life, low-noise ball bearings that require no maintenance. Additionally, the fan is reversible, providing flexibility for different ventilation applications.
