The Helios HQW 630/4 is a high-efficiency square plate axial fan featuring a direct drive motor with a power rating of 1.50 kW. It includes a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct constructed from galvanised sheet steel, finished with two coats of protective paint.
The fan is equipped with a seven-blade profiled impeller made of impact-resistant polymer and dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 in accordance with VDI 2060 standards. It is designed to operate efficiently within temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
This model uses a totally enclosed AC condenser motor with built-in thermal protection contacts. The speed can be regulated through voltage reduction, and it features maintenance-free, low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings. The fan is reversible to meet various ventilation requirements.
