The Helios HQD 710/6 is a square plate high-efficiency axial fan equipped with an inlet cone and an adjustable pitch impeller that can be set at standstill for tailored airflow control. Its mounting plate features a drawn bell mouth inlet constructed from galvanised sheet steel, offering robustness and corrosion resistance.
This model includes a highly efficient, profiled impeller with 7 blades made from impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with 2‑speed star/delta switching, allowing for flexible speed control. Maintenance-free with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, the HQD 710/6 is designed for reliable and quiet performance in a wide range of commercial and industrial ventilation applications.
