The Helios HQD 710/4 is a square plate high-efficiency axial fan featuring an inlet cone and an adjustable pitch angle impeller that can be set at standstill for optimized airflow performance. The mounting plate includes a drawn bell mouth inlet made of galvanised sheet steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
The fan is fitted with a high-efficiency impeller consisting of 7 blades crafted from impact-resistant polymers, with a galvanised steel hub. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, providing smooth and reliable operation.
Powered by a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan’s speed is controllable via a frequency inverter (please specify when ordering). The motor features maintenance-free, low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and dependable performance, suitable for various commercial and industrial ventilation applications.
