Helios Fans HQD 710/4

The Helios HQD 710/4 is a medium-pressure axial fan designed for efficient air movement in industrial and commercial ducted ventilation systems. Its 710mm galvanized steel cylindrical housing comes with standardized flanges (DIN 24155 Part 3) for seamless integration into duct networks.

This model features a direct-drive, 3‑phase 4‑pole motor, offering a balanced mix of airflow performance and quieter operation compared to higher-speed 2‑pole versions. It’s ideal for applications such as factory ventilation, warehouse cooling, and general HVAC systems that require reliable, continuous airflow.

The HQD 710/4 includes an aerodynamically optimized impeller designed for low noise and vibration. The impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), ensuring smooth operation with minimal maintenance needs.

Equipped with sealed-for-life ball bearings, integrated thermal contacts, and an IP54-rated enclosure, this fan is built to withstand tough operating conditions. It is also speed-controllable via voltage reduction, enabling performance adjustment based on specific requirements.
