Helios Fans HQD 630÷8÷4

The Helios HQD 630÷8÷4 is a dual-speed axial fan built for industrial and commercial ventilation systems requiring adjustable airflow with reliable and quiet operation. It features a 630mm galvanized steel cylindrical casing with flanged ends in accordance with DIN 24155 Part 3, allowing for secure duct installation.

At the core is a direct-drive, 3‑phase dual-speed motor (8÷4 poles), which provides two selectable speeds for variable airflow and acoustic performance. This flexibility makes it suitable for applications such as factory ventilation, warehouse extraction, and systems with alternating day/​night performance requirements.

The precision-balanced impeller, designed for low vibration and efficient airflow, is constructed for long-term operation in demanding environments. Balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), it minimizes wear and ensures quiet, stable function.

With sealed-for-life ball bearings, thermal protection, and an IP54 enclosure, the HQD 630÷8÷4 is ready for continuous-duty operation. It supports speed control and voltage regulation, enabling custom airflow settings per operational need. This model is rated for air temperatures up to 60°C, further enhancing its versatility.
