The Helios HQD 630/8 is a robust square plate axial fan designed for effective air movement in commercial and industrial ventilation systems. Built with a galvanized sheet steel square mounting plate, the unit includes an integrated bell mouth inlet cone for enhanced airflow and reduced turbulence at the intake.

This high-performance fan features a 7‑blade impeller crafted from impact-resistant polymer, combined with a galvanized steel hub for added strength. The impeller is dynamically balanced to class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, ensuring smooth, low-vibration operation and extended service life.

Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the HQD 630/8 is built for continuous, maintenance-free performance. It includes built-in thermal protection and is speed-controllable via voltage reduction. The motor also utilizes sealed-for-life, low-noise ball bearings, offering reliable and quiet operation over time.
