The Helios HQD 630÷4÷4 is a medium-pressure axial fan designed to provide reliable ventilation in industrial and commercial duct systems. It features a 630mm galvanized steel cylindrical casing with flanges according to DIN 24155 Part 3, allowing for secure duct connection.

Powered by a direct-drive 4‑pole motor, the fan offers reduced rotational speed compared to 2‑pole motors, ensuring quiet operation and improved energy efficiency. The aerodynamically optimized impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3) standards to minimize vibration and enhance durability.

This model includes maintenance-free sealed ball bearings, thermal motor protection, and an IP54-rated enclosure, making it suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments. The fan speed is controllable via voltage reduction, providing flexibility for varied ventilation needs.
