The Helios HQD 560÷8÷4 is a square plate axial fan designed for high efficiency and reliable performance. It features a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct constructed from galvanized sheet steel, finished with two durable coats of paint for corrosion resistance.
This model is equipped with a highly efficient, 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymers, dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 standards per VDI 2060. The impeller is suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal contacts, this fan offers maintenance-free operation and low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings. The motor speed can be controlled via voltage reduction, allowing for flexible performance adjustments in various applications.
