Helios Fans HQD 560÷8÷4

The Helios HQD 560÷8÷4 is a medium-pressure axial fan designed for reliable and efficient air movement in industrial and commercial ducted ventilation applications. It features a 560mm galvanized steel cylindrical casing with flanges according to DIN 24155 Part 3, ensuring easy and secure duct connection.

Powered by a direct-drive 8‑pole motor, the fan operates at a reduced rotational speed compared to lower pole motors, resulting in very quiet operation and enhanced energy efficiency. The aerodynamically optimized impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3) to minimize vibration and prolong operational life.

This model includes maintenance-free sealed ball bearings, thermal motor protection, and an IP54-rated enclosure, making it suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments. The fan is also speed-controllable by voltage reduction, allowing flexible airflow adjustment.
