Helios Fans HQD 560/6

The Helios HQD 560/6 is a medium-pressure axial fan engineered for reliable airflow in industrial and commercial ducted ventilation systems. Its 560mm galvanized steel cylindrical housing with flanges in accordance with DIN 24155 Part 3 allows for secure duct mounting and seamless integration.

Powered by a direct-drive 6‑pole motor, the fan offers reduced rotational speed compared to 2- and 4‑pole variants, resulting in quieter operation and improved efficiency. The aerodynamically optimized impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3), ensuring low vibration and extended service life.

The HQD 560/6 includes maintenance-free ball bearings, thermal motor protection, and an IP54-rated enclosure, making it suitable for continuous operation under demanding conditions. The fan is also speed-controllable by voltage reduction, providing flexible performance to suit various ventilation requirements.
