The Helios HQD 560/6 is a robust, high-performance axial fan designed for efficient air movement in industrial settings. It features a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and an integrated duct, all crafted from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two protective paint coats for durability.
Equipped with a highly efficient, 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymers, the fan is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 standards as per VDI 2060, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. It is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from ‑30°C up to +60°C, providing versatility across various environments.
This model is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. The motor is maintenance-free, includes low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, and allows speed control via voltage reduction, offering adaptability to different airflow requirements.
