The Helios HQD 560/4 is a high-performance axial fan designed for demanding industrial ventilation needs. It features a robust square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct, constructed from galvanized sheet steel and protected by two coats of paint to ensure long-lasting durability.
This model is equipped with a highly efficient, 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, providing smooth and quiet operation. It is suitable for temperature ranges from ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan includes built-in thermal contacts for motor protection and offers maintenance-free operation. The motor speed is controllable via voltage reduction, and it runs on low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, delivering reliable and quiet performance in industrial environments.
