Helios Fans HQD 500÷8÷4

The Helios HQD 500÷8÷4 is a high-performance dual-speed axial fan engineered for industrial and commercial ventilation systems. Featuring a 500mm diameter cylindrical steel housing with flanges complying with DIN 24155 Part 3, it integrates seamlessly into ducted airflow setups.

Equipped with a direct-drive 8/​4‑pole motor, this model enables two-speed operation, offering a choice between ultra-low noise airflow and increased ventilation output depending on operational demands. This makes it ideal for spaces where acoustic comfort and energy efficiency are priorities, such as production facilities, workshops, and controlled environments.

The fan’s aerodynamically designed impeller is manufactured from durable materials and dynamically balanced in accordance with DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3) to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation. It also features maintenance-free ball bearings, built-in thermal protection, and an IP54-rated enclosure, ensuring dependable performance even in demanding conditions.
