The Helios HQD 500÷8÷4 is a high-performance axial fan engineered for industrial ventilation applications requiring robust airflow and energy efficiency. It includes a square mounting plate with a carefully drawn bell mouth inlet and duct, fabricated from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two protective coats of paint for enhanced durability.
This model is equipped with a highly efficient 7‑blade impeller made from impact-resistant polymers, dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards for smooth and quiet operation. The fan is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan offers two-speed operation through pole switching with Dahlander windings. The motor requires no maintenance and features low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring reliable and quiet performance in demanding industrial environments.
