The Helios HQD 500÷6÷6 is a robust, high-efficiency axial fan designed for versatile industrial ventilation needs. It features a square mounting plate with a precisely drawn bell mouth inlet and duct, all constructed from galvanized sheet steel and finished with a durable two-coat paint system to ensure corrosion resistance and longevity.
The fan’s aerodynamic impeller is made from durable polymers and optimised for maximum efficiency in its application. The impeller is dynamically balanced for smooth operation and is rated for use in environments ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, this model offers two-speed operation via star/delta switching, allowing for flexible airflow control. The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring quiet and reliable performance in demanding industrial settings.
