Helios Fans HQD 500/6

The Helios HQD 500/6 is a high-efficiency square plate axial fan, engineered for reliable and powerful air movement in commercial and industrial environments. Its design features a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone and bell mouth, manufactured from galvanised sheet steel and coated with two protective paint layers for added corrosion resistance.

At the core of its performance is a profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymer, aerodynamically shaped and dynamically balanced to deliver efficient airflow with minimal vibration. The unit is rated for operation in ambient temperatures from ‑30°C to +60°C.

Driven by a fully enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the fan includes built-in thermal protection and sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and maintenance-free operation. The motor allows for speed control via voltage reduction, making the HQD 500/6 a flexible solution for a variety of ventilation applications.
