The Helios HQD 500÷4÷4 is a high-efficiency axial fan engineered for industrial environments requiring variable airflow control. This directly driven unit features a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone and bell mouth inlet, fabricated from galvanised sheet steel and coated with two protective paint layers for enhanced durability.
At its core is a 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymer, dynamically balanced to VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940 (Class G 6.3) standards. This aerodynamic design ensures reliable performance and efficiency across a wide temperature range from ‑30°C to +60°C.
The fan operates via a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with star/delta switching, offering two-speed functionality. Sealed-for-life low-noise ball bearings contribute to long-lasting, quiet operation. The HQD 500÷4÷4 is ideal for facilities requiring durable and adjustable ventilation solutions.
