The Helios HQD 500/4 is a high-pressure axial fan engineered for industrial and commercial ducted ventilation systems requiring high-performance airflow with quiet operation. Its robust 500mm galvanized steel cylindrical casing features flanged ends that comply with DIN 24155 Part 3, ensuring secure and easy duct integration.

This model is powered by a direct-drive 4‑pole motor, offering an excellent balance between airflow volume and acoustic comfort — making it ideal for areas demanding consistent air movement without excessive noise. The aerodynamically designed impeller is dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940 – 1 (class 6.3) for low-vibration, smooth operation.
