Helios Fans HQD 450÷8÷4

The Helios HQD 450÷8÷4 is a robust and efficient axial fan engineered for demanding industrial ventilation tasks. It features a square mounting plate with an integrated bell mouth inlet and a short duct, all made from galvanized sheet steel and protected with a dual-layer paint finish to withstand tough operating environments.

This model incorporates a profiled polymer blade impeller, specifically aerodynamically shaped and dynamically balanced to ensure stable and efficient airflow. The materials and design enable reliable operation in ambient temperatures from ‑30°C to +60°C.

Driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the HQD 450÷8÷4 supports two-speed operation using Dahlander winding technology, allowing flexible performance adjustment based on airflow requirements. The motor is maintenance-free and features low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and long-lasting performance.
