The Helios HQD 450÷4÷4 is a high-performance axial fan designed for reliable and efficient ventilation in demanding environments. It features a directly driven inlet cone and is built on a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct, manufactured from galvanised sheet steel and finished with a durable two-coat paint system.
Its impeller is a profiled, aerodynamically optimised blade assembly made from robust polymer materials and is dynamically balanced for smooth operation. The fan is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Equipped with a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, the HQD 450÷4÷4 offers 2‑speed operation via star/delta switching. The motor includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring quiet and long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.
