The Helios HQD 400/6 is a high-efficiency axial fan with a square mounting plate and drawn bell mouth inlet, including a duct constructed from galvanized sheet steel finished with two coats of protective paint.
This fan is equipped with a highly efficient 7‑blade impeller made from impact-resistant polymers. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is designed for use in temperature ranges from ‑30°C to +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor that includes built-in thermal contacts for protection. The motor is maintenance-free and features low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings. Its speed can be controlled through voltage reduction for flexible performance.
