The Helios HQD 400÷4÷2 is a high-performance axial fan featuring a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct constructed from galvanized sheet steel, coated with two layers of paint for enhanced protection.
This model is equipped with a 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymers, aerodynamically optimized and dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of ‑30°C to +60°C.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed, maintenance-free 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with two speeds controlled by pole switching using Dahlander windings. The motor is fitted with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring quiet operation and long service life.
