The Helios HQD 400/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed with a square mounting plate and inlet cone to optimize air intake. The mounting plate and duct are made of galvanized sheet steel and coated with two layers of paint for enhanced protection against corrosion.
This fan features a highly efficient, aerodynamically optimized polymer blade impeller, dynamically balanced for smooth operation. It is rated for use in temperatures from ‑30 °C up to +60 °C.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor equipped with built-in thermal contacts. This maintenance-free motor supports speed control through voltage reduction and utilizes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings for reliable and quiet performance in demanding industrial environments.
