The Helios HQD 400÷2÷2 is a high-efficiency axial fan featuring a square mounting plate and inlet cone designed to enhance airflow. The mounting plate and duct are constructed from galvanized sheet steel and protected by two layers of paint for increased durability and corrosion resistance.
This fan is equipped with a profiled blade impeller made from polymers, aerodynamically tailored and dynamically balanced to ensure efficient and smooth operation. It is suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
The fan is driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with two-speed operation enabled via star/delta switching. The motor requires no maintenance and includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, offering dependable and quiet performance in industrial applications.
