The Helios HQD 355÷8÷4 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed with a square mounting plate and inlet cone to optimize airflow. Its construction includes a galvanized sheet-steel mounting plate and duct, both protected by two coats of paint to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
This model uses a highly efficient, profiled blade impeller made from polymer materials that are aerodynamically optimized and dynamically balanced for smooth operation. The fan is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.
Powering the fan is a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with two speeds, achieved through pole switching with Dahlander windings. The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring reliable and quiet performance in industrial settings.
