The Helios HQD 355/6 is a high-efficiency axial fan designed for industrial ventilation, featuring a square mounting plate with a drawn bell mouth inlet and duct made from galvanized sheet steel, finished with two protective paint layers for durability.
This fan is equipped with a 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymer materials, dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards. It operates efficiently within a temperature range from ‑30°C to +60°C.
The fan is powered by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor that includes built-in thermal contacts for motor protection. It is maintenance-free and speed controllable through voltage reduction, incorporating low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings for quiet and reliable operation in demanding environments.
