Helios Fans HQD 315÷8÷4

The Helios HQD 315÷8÷4 is a high-performance axial fan featuring a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone to enhance airflow efficiency. The fan housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two layers of paint to ensure long-lasting protection against corrosion and wear.

It incorporates a 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymer, aerodynamically optimized and dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, providing smooth and efficient operation. The fan is suitable for ambient temperatures from ‑30°C up to +60°C.

This model is driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor equipped with Dahlander windings that enable two-speed operation through pole switching. The motor is maintenance-free and features low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, making the HQD 315÷8÷4 a reliable choice for versatile industrial ventilation applications.
