The Helios HQD 315÷4÷4 is a high-performance axial fan designed with a square mounting plate and integrated inlet cone to optimize airflow. The housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and finished with two protective paint layers to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion.
Equipped with a 7‑blade profiled impeller manufactured from impact-resistant polymer, this fan delivers high aerodynamic efficiency. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 according to VDI 2060 standards, ensuring smooth and stable operation. It is suitable for use in temperature ranges between ‑30°C and +60°C.
The fan is driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor featuring 2‑speed operation through star/delta switching. This motor is maintenance-free and includes low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, making the HQD 315÷4÷4 a reliable and efficient ventilation solution for a variety of industrial applications.
