The Helios HQD 315÷4÷2 is a high-performance axial fan featuring a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone for improved airflow. Its robust housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel and protected by two coats of paint to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
This model uses a 7‑blade profiled impeller made from impact-resistant polymer materials, dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 in line with VDI 2060 standards for smooth and efficient operation. The fan is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from ‑30°C to +60°C.
Power is delivered by a totally enclosed, 3‑phase squirrel cage motor with Dahlander winding technology, enabling two-speed operation through pole switching. The motor is maintenance-free and equipped with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings, making the HQD 315÷4÷2 a reliable and versatile ventilation solution for industrial environments.
