Helios Fans HQD 315/4

The Helios HQD 315/4 is a high-efficiency axial fan tailored for industrial ventilation tasks, featuring a square mounting plate with an integrated inlet cone for optimized airflow. Constructed from galvanized sheet steel, the fan housing is finished with two coats of paint to provide robust protection against wear and corrosion.

Its impeller, made from high-quality polymer materials, is aerodynamically shaped for optimal performance and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth and stable operation. The fan is suitable for use in temperature environments ranging from ‑30 °C to +60 °C.

The unit is driven by a totally enclosed 3‑phase squirrel cage motor, equipped with built-in thermal contacts for enhanced motor protection. This motor is maintenance-free and fitted with low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. It supports speed control via voltage reduction, offering a flexible and efficient solution for a range of industrial air movement applications.
